Job Details
Day to Day:
- Receive and review all firm pleadings
- Keep track of important dates and the firms docket
- Maintain the firms litigation docket and TTab docket
- Finalizing and filing all pleadings
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Local and Federal Court Rules of Procedure
- Superior organizational skills ; excellent grammar and spelling
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word; Vision docketing knowledge is helpful, but not required
