· Experienced in providing high customer service and have a helpful attitude.
· Detailed oriented, skilled with telephone, computer data entry and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work.
· Dependable and Skilled in delivering your work timely and with a positive/encouraging presence to our valued customers and co-workers.
· Consider yourself a team player in providing support in taking care of our valued customer's requests and concerns.

- Hours of operation: 12:30pm to 9:00pm (EST); Monday thru Friday, with 1/2 hour break. New hire training will work temporary from 11:30-8pm (EST) (5 weeks).
